About NICCA CWO
NICCA Catholic Women Organization
The Catholic Women Organization is a vibrant fellowship of faith-filled women committed to spiritual enrichment, charitable works, and the preservation of cultural values. Through prayerful collaboration and a heart for service, the group provides a nurturing environment where women can grow in their relationship with Christ while supporting the diverse needs of the parish family. They play a vital role in passing down the Igbo language and legacy to the younger generations.
Beyond their devotional life, these women are the primary keepers of the community's cultural traditions, often organizing the culinary and social aspects of our largest gatherings. Their influence is felt in every celebration, ensuring that the warmth of Igbo hospitality is present in all religious and social networking events. Their commitment ensures that the community remains a welcoming and unifying force for all Nigerian-Igbo Catholics in Georgia.
